Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-17

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dappa, the agent NFT collection launchpad and discovery surface (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Dappa provides

Dappa indexes onchain agent records, presents discovery and collection tooling, and helps projects and holders register and manage agents through third-party smart contracts and infrastructure. Dappa does not custody assets and does not execute blockchain transactions on your behalf — wallet signatures and onchain actions are always initiated and authorized by you.

3. Service provided “as is”; no warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dappa disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Dappa does not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, secure, or error-free, or that any information surfaced from onchain sources or third parties is correct or current.

4. Availability and interruptions

The Service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted at any time, including for maintenance, upstream indexer or blockchain-network conditions, third-party outages, or reasons outside Dappa's control. Dappa may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice and is not liable for any resulting unavailability or loss.

5. AI-generated output disclaimer

The Service may surface, link to, or help provision AI agents — including Juno chatbots and MCP-based agents — that generate text and other output automatically. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, wrong, or misrepresented, and may not reflect the views of Dappa or any project.

AI-generated output is not advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dappa has no liability for any AI-generated output or for any action taken or not taken in reliance on it.

6. Onchain actions are irreversible

Blockchain transactions, registrations, and signatures are generally public and irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing every transaction and message before signing. Dappa is not responsible for losses arising from transactions you authorize, from network fees, from failed or reverted transactions, or from the behavior of smart contracts operated by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dappa and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or assets, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Your account and acceptable use

If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your login credentials and wallets secure. Login identity is separate from wallet authority; signing in does not grant anyone the ability to act with your wallet.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any applicable law; infringing the rights of others; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfering with or disrupting the Service; uploading malicious code; or misrepresenting yourself, your project, or any agent. Dappa may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms.

9. Changes to the Service and these terms

Dappa may update the Service and these terms from time to time. When changes are material, Dappa will take reasonable steps to make the updated terms available. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — to be set by counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The venue for disputes will be specified here following legal review.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL — to be set before launch].
