Draft — pending lawyer review before launch

This document is a working draft. It must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before launch and is not a binding agreement in its current form.

This page explains who owns what when you use Dappa: your own content, the output produced by agents, your right to use the Service, and the open-source software Dappa is built on.

1. Overview

Dappa is a launchpad and discovery surface for onchain agents. This License describes ownership and usage rights and works alongside the Terms of Service. Where the two overlap, both apply.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or provide through the Service — including collection profiles, display names, descriptions, images, links, and configuration you submit. Dappa claims no ownership of your content.

You grant Dappa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Agent-generated output

Agents surfaced or provisioned through the Service — including Juno chatbots and MCP-based agents — generate output automatically. Dappa does not claim ownership of agent-generated output and makes no representation that such output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights.

Rights in agent-generated output, and responsibility for its use, rest with the operator of the relevant agent and the user who requested it, as between themselves and subject to any applicable third-party model, tooling, or content licenses. Dappa grants no ownership of, and accepts no responsibility for, that output. See the AI-output disclaimer in the Terms of Service.

4. Your license to use Dappa

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Dappa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not permit you to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service itself, to scrape it beyond ordinary use, or to use Dappa branding without permission.

All rights in the Service that are not expressly granted to you are reserved by Dappa and its contributors.

5. Open-source components

The Service is built with open-source software, each component of which remains licensed under its own terms. Nothing in this License limits your rights under those open-source licenses, and nothing in those licenses is altered by this page. Where Dappa publishes its own source or skill files, the license stated alongside that material governs it.

6. Trademarks

“Dappa”, related names, and logos are marks of their respective owners. This License does not grant any right to use those marks. The specific marks and any permitted-use guidance will be confirmed before launch.
